[ワンポイントアドバイス]
　この通知は、海外派遣の場合の労働者派遣契約の定めに関する措置については、当該海外派遣が行われる場合、法が派遣先に適用されないことから、特に労働者派遣契約において派遣先の講ずべき措置を定めさせることにより、民事的にその履行を確保させようとしたものになっています。通知方法は、書面の交付のほか、ファクシミリでの送信または電子メールの送信で行うこととされています。
