[ワンポイントアドバイス]
　意見書の例として「異議ありません」となっていますが、実際に意見がある場合は明記し、これを受けた派遣先事業主は、派遣先の考え方を説明する、意見を勘案して再検討を加える等により、労働組合等の意見を十分に尊重するよう努めなければなりません。
